About the Company
We are a growing ferro alloys manufacturer currently at ₹180+ crores turnover, with ambitious scaling plans. We need a strong finance professional to set up appropriate systems and controls as we scale up.
The Role
You will be the senior-most finance person, reporting to the CEO. Complete autonomy to set up finance function, implement systems, and manage all financial matters.
What You'll Do
- Set up MIS and daily reporting systems for management
- Contributing to business strategy, M&A opportunities and working capital cycle
- Build and lead team of accounting and finance professionals and establish SOPs
- Statutory compliance, GST
What We Need
- Qualified CA with 10-15 years experience (minimum 5 years in senior position)
- Minimum 7+ years in manufacturing industries, preferably metals/commodities
- Should have set up MIS/dashboards in previous roles
- Cost accounting and variance analysis experience
- Experience in handling bank relationships and financial management
- Ability to work independently
- Strong personality to deal with plant and commercial teams
