About the Role

Work directly with the CEO on important projects and analysis. Good exposure opportunity for young CAs looking to move beyond pure finance into business analytics and operations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and dashboards for CEO
• Work on special projects assigned by CEO
• Coordinate with plant, commercial, and finance teams
• Track actual vs budgeted performance
• Help in preparing presentations and analysis for management meetings
• Assist incoming CFO in setting up systems

Who Should Apply

• Newly qualified CA or CA with 1-3 years experience
• Cost audit articleship in manufacturing will be big plus
• Good Excel skills (Pivot, VLookup, basic dashboards)
• First attempt clear preferred, decent academic record
• Big 4 background valued but not mandatory
